Sixth Sunday after Pentecost
The invitation has never changed. "Come to me, all you that are weary and are carrying heavy burdens, and I will give you rest." - Matthew 11:28
There are burdens no one else can see. Questions without easy answers. Hopes that have grown quiet. Hearts longing for peace. Yet Christ still calls. Not to the strong, but to the weary. Not to the perfect, but to those who are searching. Not to those who have it all together, but to all who are willing to come.
This Sunday, step away from the noise and into the presence of God. Gather with us around Word and Table, where grace is given freely, hope is rekindled, and the Holy Spirit breathes fresh life into tired souls. In the Holy Eucharist, we remember Christ's love, receive Christ's presence, and are sent into the world bearing Christ's light.
Come and rest. Come and be renewed. Come and discover again the quiet strength that only Christ can give. Come. The table is prepared. The invitation is for you.
