Healing & Hope. “The wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” - Romans 6:23
Sin pays out - and the cost is always more than we expect. It breaks what is whole. It drains what is life. It takes far more than it gives.
Peter knew it in his denial. Paul knew it in his resistance. Two lives marked by sin’s weight - but neither left there. Because grace interrupts the story. Grace steps in. Grace rewrites what is broken. By His wounds - we are made whole. Broken. Chosen. Called again.
Peter and Paul - two lives torn, two lives turned, two lives rewritten by grace. One fell. One fought. One denied. One opposed. Both were found by Christ. And Christ still comes - to lift the low, to heal the wounded, to gather the scattered home. By His wounds - we are made whole.
Holy Eucharist - Come to the table. Come hungry. Leave made new.
