St. Paul's is pleased to offer a one-day Alzheimer Workshop presented by the Health Care Office of the RC Diocese of Calgary. Registration is $25 with Lunch provided. The presenter of the workshop will be Cindy Bond, Community Educational Specialist at the Alzheimer Society of Calgary. This excellent workshop will provide the participants with an understanding of Alzheimer's disease and related dementias. Cindy will focus on: Person Centered Care, The Stages of the disease, Communications, and Tools and Strategies for interaction with persons with dementia and their caregivers.
